  • St Helier Methodist Church JE4 8PA, Jersey (map)

Serenade by Candlelight
with Sophie Bevan and the Jersey Chamber Orchestra

The Jersey Chamber Orchestra welcomes internationally acclaimed soprano Sophie Bevan for a radiant evening of song and symphonic elegance.

In this beautifully balanced programme, Bevan’s golden voice soars through the lyric poetry of Schubert and Strauss, while the orchestra brings to life the classical brilliance of Mozart and the glowing romanticism of Grieg’s Holberg Suite.

From the intimacy of lieder to the sparkle of string serenades, this concert invites you on a journey through melody, light, and timeless beauty — a perfect evening for both classical connoisseurs and those discovering this music for the first time.
